Hotel Bed Bugs & Fleas

Bed bugs and fleas do not discriminate, and the standard of care remains the same: Hotels are obligated to provide clean and sanitary hotel rooms, free from infestation. Hotel guests attacked by bed bugs or fleas are usually either woken up by feeling something crawling on or biting them at night, or wake up in the morning feeling itchy and covered in little red bumps. Due to the delayed allergic reaction that can sometimes occur, a hotel guest who was bitten may start to feel itchy up to several days after they were initially bitten.

Bed bugs and fleas are also common carriers of disease.  When a beg bug or flea bites your skin it can expose you to viruses, bacteria, parasites and other illnesses.  The common flea is believed to have killed upwards of 200 million people in the Black Plague by spreading disease through bites!
